Plumbing & Hydronic Systems

Riva Plumbing Ltd. delivers complete plumbing scopes for low-rise residential developments and custom-built homes across Ontario. Our work is coordinated with builders, consultants, and site teams to support quality installations, schedule requirements, and code compliance.

We also install hydronic radiant in-floor heating systems as part of new construction—ranging from subdivision applications to custom homes.

Radiant heating is provided for new construction projects only (not offered as standalone residential service work).

Modular & Prefabricated Homes

We support modular and panelized home projects with plumbing and hydronic rough-in coordination, on-site connections, and commissioning. We work alongside builders and modular manufacturers to ensure clean tie-ins, code-compliant installation, and a smooth schedule from factory to foundation.

Warranty & Service (Builder Warranty Process Only)

We stand behind the quality of our work and materials on every project. Our installations meet or exceed the Ontario Building Code and local municipal plumbing standards, and every home we complete includes a two-year warranty on labour and materials after closing.

All warranty and service requests are handled through the builder’s warranty department. Where authorized, our dedicated service team can coordinate directly with the homeowner to troubleshoot and schedule a visit.

For urgent issues in homes we’ve serviced (e.g., water leaks or loss of hot water), we offer 24/7 emergency support, and technicians can be dispatched within one hour when required.
